The location is great for excursions. There is good access to Boston's sights and landmarks. The hotel is okay, but the rooms have no bedside lighting, no USB ports, and no refrigerator. Beware that while it advertises parking is available, it's actually valet parking at $55 daily. It also advertises that a refrigerator and microwave are available upon request, but neither were available. Overall, if you're looking for a high priced, generic room in a good location, the this is your spot.

The hotel felt top quality in almost every respect (except the lack of mini fridge). The room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The outside of the hotel exceeded expectations - boardwalks around the water and landscaping was absolutely beautiful and shockingly peaceful for the North End. Would absolutely stay again.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last 10 years. There is a feel about the property that they aren’t quite as attentive. We had to ask for the normal bath robes. We were put in an accessible room which may have been the only room left. The shower was completely open which I understand, however they should provide a curtain to curtail the splashing. Also there is never a supply of decaf tea available, while only caffeinated tea and coffee. We had to wait well past check in for our room. For the rate we paid I expected more.

The Mgr and staff are so friendly and helpful, they made our first trip to Boston so pleasant and memorable. The hotel is gorgeous and in the best location. Riccardo O'Loughlan goes above and beyond to meet travelers needs and Tatiana is the best, both provide excellent customer service ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly. The accommodations were great. The location was central to what we wanted to see. Can’t wait to go back with the rest of the family.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with fantastic views of the harbor. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and it is in a great, safe area accessible to many activities including the ferry over to Cape Cod and Salem. A water taxi will bring you straight to the hotel from the airport for $20 a person. There is a doc right behind the hotel. You won't be sorry if you book the Battery Wharf Hotel!...You are also walking distance from restaurants.
