Staff was off the charts awesome in accommodating our needs. Only 2 things that were not so good. I ordered a cookie plate for the room which was supposed to include 1 white & 1 chocolate milk. We received 2 white milks which tasted like curdled cheese. 2nd issue was that we did not want to be disturbed. The cleaning lady was outside of our room making a ton of noise. Made it difficult for us to truly relax.

The location cannot be beat! This property is walking distance to restaurants, shops, water cruise, aquarium. For location alone, Iā€™d stay here again. But the property is outdated. The rooms looked very dated. Several outlets did not work (including the one where the coffee machine, fridge, and front lights were). Carpet looked old. Mattress was stained. To be spending so much money at a Marriott property and not have updated amenities was disappointing.

We liked the great location for tours and activities. Opportunities to learn our history and view many historical sites via walking, buses, guided tours, self tours, and boat. Spent 5 days and 4 nights in comfort, never had to rent a car. Very good service for food on site - and great service when seeking information on where to go, and how to get there.
