When I first arrive at the property and the front desk lady she kind of gave me bad vibes and I never had that before checking it to any hotel with my Hilton's honor card she told me that I wouldn't receive my Hilton honors points cuz I booked with her third party but I always do that and I always get my points she also said that they charge me for early arrival and never been charged with earlier arrival then I asked about my hotel key on my phone she said it doesn't come on my phone cuz I reserved with a third party once I got to the room everything came up so she didn't she didn't know what she was talking about but later on that day when I went back down to the desk it was this guy there named William he made everything very easy for me he even gave me an hour have to check out for free and I really appreciate that.

Very spacious room.
Our room was very spacious & with microwave, fridge, sofa & large TV. Good bench space, barh & shower & plenty of room for luggage . 2 minute walk to subway . Shops are easy walking distance. Staff friendly & helpful. We had everything at our finger tips. Definitely would stay here again. Super warm cookies on arrival 😊

The hotel was okay. It is situated right opposite the Tufts Medical Center and is a few yards away from the train station. The hotel property was clean and organized. The built in cafe within the hotel is pretty good. However, the outside ambience is a bit sketchy. Lots of homeless people milling about and it generally does not feel safe later in the night.
