Great value. Great service at generously staffed front desk. Ask them for assistance and you will be pleased. Central location. Easy walking distance to water front and North end activities. If in Boston again I would stay at the Harborside again.

Awful experience, arrived to check in & we were told they have no more rooms & allowed Expedia to overbook them by accident. Having nowhere to stay at this point they could not even offer help or offer compensation. Very disappointing.

Very clean. Stayed in 2 queen bed cabin with no windows. First floor, very quiet. It’s like being on a cruise cabin that is interior. Stayed in room 115 and the room was very clean and the shower was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed in room 312, which was an atrium facing room. It was dark and the lighting was poor. The check in staff did change us to a king sized bed which was very welcome. No housekeeping unless requested but they were prompt when asked. Make to get an hour extra on the check out. Biggest issue was the water running down the pipes in the wall beside the bed when someone above had a shower or flushed the toilet.

This property is conveniently located and has excellent customer service. It’s the perfect blend of historic and modern and we really enjoyed our stay. The VIP perks were a great touch. The only thing that I feel could be improved is that coffee should be provided complimentary. We had to purchase coffee from the attached restaurant for $6 each! It wasn’t great coffee and this is a basic amenity that even budget hotels offer their guests.

Great location, but no coffee maker so had to go to 7 eleven or starbucks. Please consider adding this amenity. Also, having a frig in the room would also be great.

This was our first time in Boston. The hotel was absolutely perfect. It is worth paying for a hotel right downtown. The location of the Harborside Inn was the best! We stayed 3 nights. We walked everywhere. There was no need for other transportation. Sightseeing, dining, shopping all within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

We picked this hotel for the location and it didn’t disappoint. The discounted parking was a bonus and the staff were all very pleasant. The room was clean but wish the windows were larger as we while had a city view room, but the view was of the building across the street. Overall was a nice stay.

The room and property were very nice and convenient for us ( near seafood restaurants). Staff was friendly. Parking was several blocks away which was not convenient. It would be nice if they added a drink/ snack machine in the basement. I would stay there again.
