There was a lot of staff all hours of the night but they weren’t to helpful. I also saw them till their eyes at a customer when he walked away. Not too good to know this. I requested towels not once but twice before I received them. Such a shame because they didn’t seem busy. They were interested in visiting with eachother and laughing. The staff that checked us in was kind & quick. She gave us the upgrade and stated it’s from Expedia. The area and hotel itself is wonderful we would stay again for its location. Hopefully the staff is made aware they are there to assist us the guests.

This is a cool old Boston hotel in a perfect location for exploring the sites and getting to/from Logan quickly. I would definitely recommend it if you want to explore some fun restaurants and bars, as well as the waterfront area.

The location was excellent between the New England Aquarium, Quincy Market, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The train entrance is literally outside the hotel door. The room was clean and had all of the amenities needed.
