Friendly staff

This hotel is a gem - excellent for business travelers, with substantially more character than most downtown hotels. Its historic elements stand out, but it has been updated for modern travelers. While I didn’t eat in the restaurant, the room service was excellent, and the bellhops, front desk staff, room service, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and professional.

First time in Seattle, its been very interesting. The staff greeting us, to guiding us, concierge hospitality. The room expectation was exceeded.
