I was not able to spend the night because my flight got mechanical problems, and QANTAS re-scheduled our flight for the following day. So, as a result I did not spend the night at the Harborside Hotel. Please note. I do not know how to turn those rating office. They are not correct as I have not stayed at the motel for the night.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and would definitely return again. The restaurant and room service were excellent. Coffee was also excellent, which I was not expecting. Room was clean, view was amazing, service was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to get us an earlier check-in. Again, exceeded our expectations. Really happy to have stayed here.

It has taken me a while to write this review, as we did not like our stay here at all. This hotel did not meet our expectations. On the night of arrival the electrics in our room died, so we had to be moved to a new room. The bathroom sink of the new room leaked for our entire stay. Everytime we had laundry done, we would have to send it back to be dried again, as they would always be returned wet. The food available for dinner was hit & miss, and was never made the same. The buffet breakfast was not very nice and the coffee was the same. The staff were always friendly, and helped where they could. Definitely not a hotel I would stay at again.
