Bad lighting in the room . The main pool was freezing cold so we couldn’t relax with a drink as there was No service around the pool.fridge and room facilities not filled - had to ask! Room was not that clean. Bed not made properly. Some of the staff were apologetic but would not stay there again as it was a hit and miss of service.

Beautiful property. A little disappointed with the pool areas being accessible for the whole family to enjoy. After staying at the Riley, it is definitely a different atmosphere.

The location is perfect as you walk straight out near the night market but esplanade side..free bubbles, free box of treats in your room and yummy breakfast upstairs. We will be back. Everything was clean although the pool lounges and surrounding could do with a daily clean and no pool towel pickup spot down at the lower pool
