The room was very dirty. Bath/shower unclean and plumbing temp issues. The pool was outdated and not maintained well. Cockroaches also in the hallways of the hotel. The balcony was disgusting and filthy. Don’t waste your money.

Bed was so hard my hips and shoulder are sore this morning. Windows aren’t sound proof so lots of traffic noise and street sweeper starts at 4:20am and goes for over an hour.

The room experienced significant water leaks that caused a strong odor throughout. We were required to change rooms in the middle of the night and consequently lost access to the balcony area for which we had paid.

We upgraded our room from an executive king room on floor 3 to a superior king balcony suite on floor 7. The balcony and the views were amazing. The decor was a definite downgrade as the executive king room decor is far superior! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The pool is in need of much upgrading & repair. The overall decor of the hotel is a 3.5 the pool a 3 and the views a 5. The staff were friendly and helpfull. I would stay here again but only if the hotel upgraded the rooms and the swimming pool.

Excellent hotel in great location.
This hotel is perfectly located. It's close to the wharf, for all water activities and close to shopping. Restaurants abound in the area. A great bonus are the laundry facilities on three different floors, and a lovely pool area. The staff is excellent and very accommodating especially Saul. Highly recommend.

Generally a place for an overnight.
Helpful staff, internet in the room was very slow plus had to use phone to stream tv. They are upgrading the internet but should be better compared to other places we have stayed at recently there.

What a great hotel, perfect location for seeing the city by foot. The bathroom in our suite was luxurious, had all those little details you want in a hotel. The staff were friendly with excellent hospitality. The pool area was great too, the only thing it needed was a bit of music. Would book again.
