Had a wonderful time at the Hardrock and found the staff very helpful and attentive during our stay. The room was very clean and well stocked! The grounds were very secure and we'd definitely return!

10/10, from the airport shuttle to the entrance very kind people nice and very very friendly and Happy all the time, we loved and we will come back very comfortable place. Clean rooms clean everything is clean smells amazing. Nice views great food. Thank you Hard Rock for all the attentions for me and my family in our vacation❤️

The property is very beautiful and large. I stayed in room 334 which I was upgraded by the staff there because it was my mother’s birthday, which was very nice of them. The room that we stayed and did have a few electrical issues that they did try to fix but it works sometimes and then it didn’t. The concierge service at the resort was very helpful. They had a top-tier service anything you needed they were there morning, noon and night. My Concierge rep was.Esau he was so helpful in our stay there anytime we text him he would come and meet us every single day. I can stay at the hard rock they give ultimate service also in Concierge service I dealt with Manny and Karen. They also had top 10 quality service as well. My mother‘s luggage was damaged on the flight there and they were able to secure luggage for my mother to go home which I thought they went above and beyond service now as far as the food goes, it was not the best to me. The food was four out of 10 wasn’t cooked properly and wasn’t really to my liking at all, but if I had to go back to the hard rock, I would especially with the pool was very clean on the beach was very beautiful. You cannot swim there, but you can definitely go out a look it is very peaceful there and may I say thatthe water aerobics and the stretching classes were a plus they have a great staff there that gets guest to interact the pool. Staff was excellent as well towels. Whatever you need did help us get food and drinks very dedicated and helpful

While the all the inclusive aspect of the hotel was great, I was extremely disappointed in the hotels level or service. The hotel management staff has no compassion or care for guests and their experiences with guests who come to vacation. Due to misinformation from their team, I had a sour experience towards the end of my trip. I don’t think Hard Rock understands the experience from a guest, they really just throw their hands up and their policies are so black and white. The management team was not able to resolve my poor experience, and no courtesy was given. Not recommending to anyone.

Horrible entertainment schedule . Came sept 28- oct 1 saturday-tuesday and the only big entertainment for two days is karaoke night. No fire dancers, no mexican dance shows, no kind of themed night, no foam party, no bingo, it was so boring. For a hotel suppose to be known for entertainment , this place had barely anything. Food was mediocre and away from the city. Service was more a miss than a hit. The time share people at check in were annoying, especially when all you want to do is eat after a long day at the airport. Ive stayed at other all inclusive places like secrets, hyatt, majestic, dreams that were charging cheaper a night and would rather stay there. Never coming back. Stay somewhere else

I’ve visited this property several times in the past, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was quite underwhelming. It seems the overall quality of the food and drinks has noticeably gone downhill. The drinks now are very basic and uninspired. The food, too, has become lackluster and unappealing. The poolside menu, which used to be a highlight of the stay, is no longer anything special. Many of the options felt stale, lacking flavor and variety I once enjoyed. It’s disappointing to see a place I used to enjoy fall short of expectations. I hope management takes note and makes some improvements, or I’ll have to consider staying elsewhere next time.
