Very nice surprise!
The Hotel was a welcome surprise for the busy downtown area. It was very relaxing and it was nice to see that the staff made such an effort to provide a tranquil setting while keeping the environment in mind. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were perfect. The location was great and close to the ADO bus station and transfers to the Hotel Zone, and walking distance to other places of interest. I highly recommend this Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The outside area is magnificent and beautifully maintained, providing a lovely setting to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a variety of dining options, ensuring that you'll never run out of delicious food choices. One thing to note is that the WiFi can be a bit slow, so if you need a reliable connection for work, it's best to ask if they have any better options available. Highly recommended for a serene and enjoyable getaway!

A excellent stay for anyone visiting Cancun! It's conveniently located in central Cancun so Ubers can get you around for pretty cheap and the hotel is next to many shops and restaurants. The area is also safe and mostly quiet. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet and I loved the jungle feel... It doesn't feel like you are in a city when you are in your room. The breakfast is also really good and the customer service was excellent.

Excellent!!! It's quiet excellent breakfast and clean. Excelente estuve unas noches pero muy atentos limpioy centrico a 10 minutos caminando como minimo par tomar colectivo el terminal ADO o la ruta 1 para las playas por la zona hotelera, muy buena locacion.

Good Location
Well located in an area near a supermarket, restaurants and the main bus station. Reception employees were kind. The bed was very comfortable but the room had a very distinct musty odour.
