Amazing property. Would definitely stay here again. The weather was not great but that did not stop us from having so much fun. The funtastic team was great! Something different every night we were there. Our room could not have been in a better location. The food was good, but I’m a very picky eater and needed more options. This was not a deal breaker for me though. Can’t wait to return!!

The resort was in the process of some amazing renovations and upgrades. I’ve stayed here at least three times and can’t wait to come back and enjoy! Regardless, as a guest you would never have known they were renovating…the staff was amazing ! Our butler Jessica catered to our every need…some things we never knew we could have . Guest services and management made sure we had an upgraded suite quiet and steps from the beach. This is a beautiful resort in a great location to shopping at La Isla and nightlife near Coco Bongo all at a very affordable cost !

The staff here are fantastic. Our butler Jessica was amazing and made our stay so much easier by booking our restaurants and cabanas each day. She even would have towels already set up for us at the cabana. This was our most stress free and relaxing trip so far and we have been to Cancun over a dozen times. The restaurants are great but our favorite by far is the Hibachi, so make sure when you go here you get reservations. You will not be disappointed.

in my travels, I have never stayed on a resort with only 2 activities for 3 days. the food was absolutely discussing and was served repeatedly. there was no music in lobby, elevators or dinning area. after 7pm, there was no signs of people or any adventures at this resort. had to go downtown to feel like we were on vacation and not at grandma's house

I enjoyed everything; the events they had were so good and a lot of fun, and the food in every restaurant was top-tier. Even the snack bar El Jardín was a good experience, and the guys there were amazing. I would definitely go back!! This was my first time coming to Cancun, and the resort made it such an amazing and easy experience.

I liked that our butler Yajahira. She maid our stay wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. If it wasn’t for her our stay would have been just ok. She is fantastic. Also our waitress at our Cabana Yolanda was top notch. By the time we left she felt like family. She worked hard and always had a smile and was so friendly. Those two lady’s are what make people want to come back again.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos, la instalación muy buena, limpia, la atención al cliente muy profesional y te sientes bienvenido al hotel, la comida muy variada, el restaurante italiano es de primera, , el Bufet muy bueno, la bebida súper variada, las instalaciones afuera , a pesar que estaban en remodelación la piscina con su bar dando tremendo servicio, la playa muy limpia, una arena blanca que parecía talco, en resumen muy agradable y bueno para pasar unos días inolvidable, mi esposo y yo hemos estado en diferentes hoteles de Playa del Carmen y siempre nos hemos sentido muy bien y ahora en Cancún espectacular

The property or expedia did not let us know about the ongoing constuction. We were given a double room when we had paid for king. Then they moved us to a king room with construction on the front. The mexican restaurant was closed most times. We went in the morning asking for it. They would say its open at night. When we went at night it was closed 2 days. Koi and Andiamo were fabulous. Buffet has very limited options. In all, a very dissapointing experience. Would not visit grand hotel properties every again.

We wished our stay was better but unfortunately most of the amenities were closed due to the construction, staff was also not the best, we got to the hotel after traveling for about 6 hours just to be bombarded and trying to be sold stuff for about a hour by our concierge. VERY annoying . We were not allowed to dine in the buffet twice due to my husband wearing a short sleeve , when there is people wearing hardly a cover up .

The property was clean, but too much construction going on, only one small pool available for the entire hotel, food options are not thr greatest. Rooms are the worst Ive stayed in and I travel a lot. Very out dated rooms, compare to like a Motel 6 in the States, no lie. Beach area very quiet. Traveled in October, water was a bit rough. Staff was friendly. Free buffet is not open all day so find out the times or you will starve for a few hours, unless you go eat outside of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends.

Our ocean view room for vacation... sights and sounds of heavy equipment and jack hammers working on the main pool. I would have passed if I known this when I booked. The hotel shut off the live camera, the hotel is sketchy, should be honest during construction times. We had to make the best of it…stayed at the beach and enjoyed the white sands and clear water.

The property was nice and has great drinks but the food at the buffet could use a little help and the main pool was closed for remodeling so everyone had to share the smaller pool
