I beg you not to come here, even if they are giving you a good deal. First off, they opened on December 16th, so any reviews before that are either not for this hotel, or fake. You will find the reviews after December 16th are all quite negative. To give you the specifics, as everyone mentions, they first told us the waterpark will be opened December 18th, then it becomes December 20th. As of today December 21st, it is still NOT opened. Only excuses after excuses. The room we got is nothing like what we saw online. The gym is not opened, the bar does not open until 11am, there is no kid’s club, only 1 sit down restaurant opened each night, the beach color is gross and not even close to what you see on their photoshopped website pictures, not to mention the foul smell and tons of seaweed on the beach. The only good things about this hotel are that the food is good, and the service is good. If you have booked here because you are getting you a good deal, please try to get a free refund and book somewhere else, as almost nothing they promised you online will be available here.

I am questioning Expedia’s reviews now. This property is worst! No Spa and no gym at property. When we asked for options outside and they were clueless. Service: very very bad. They are not prepared for guests and very rude when it comes to talking with Food: same food every day and with limited options. They have half of the restaurants closed most of the time Room service: none. Their phone line conveniently doesn’t work. Water park: limited and dirty. Expedia customer care I hope you do something about this.

No hot water or phone services which means you have to tale the long walk to lobby to request anything. The room only had a bed and tv, nothing else no pictures night stand, no chairs. This place is not ready for guess.

The internet was disconnected. There was often no hot water. There was no freely available drinking water - I had to run after the workers all the time and ask them to bring me a bottle of water at least once a day. The phones in the rooms did not work - there was no way to call the reception. The elevators were constantly being repaired. The food was monotonous and not for children. In the main restaurant for dinner they only had tacos and caesarea. In general, the food was very poor. You feel like they were saving on everything. The water slides worked 1 day out of 7. There is no entertainment, no gym or any kind of sports field.
