I’ve been to many resorts but this here is a 10/10 . Beach was the best I’ve seen in my life ,Service was amazing , food was good at every restaurant and the drinks were top shelf especially at the Den . Our stay was a horrible experience! Save your money and stress because it won’t be a vacation coming here! From the moment we checked in it took 2 hours due to given different prices from Expedia. They close the swim up bar at 6 and pools close at 8! What kind of vacation is this?! The energy here is consuming. They have an outdoor restaurant and being it’s on the beach they won’t sit u due to dress code if your in a swimsuit. Everything is closed by 9 pm. It’s so inconvenient and for what you pay it’s not worth it at all! I don’t recommend it. The food is gross!!! Drinks suck and everything is super cheap. We were told they ate under new management. I tried requesting a song and they told me due to lyrics they couldn’t play it! lol like really? Keep in mind this is an all inclusive adults only!! Don’t bother booking here!

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt Zilara! The staff was so friendly and helpful and treated us wonderfully from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a junior ocean view suite which had a hot tub in the room. Our room was beautiful and clean, the daily service was timely and we always had what we needed. All the food we had at the resort was delicious and there was plenty of variety which I especially appreciated since I'm gluten-free. The pool was big and lots of fun with the daily activities. Drinks were decent, we highly recommend the mixology bar! Overall we had the best time here and would definitely revisit in the future!
