The property was better than expected. The room was very clean and every day the cleaning staff redid the beds, refilled the refrigerator, and updated our towels. The staff kept the grounds very clean as well. We had no problem using the app and getting into all the restaurants. We tried all, but our favorite was the Japanese hibachi one. The bartenders were also very good at their jobs, making great tasting drinks. They didn't expect tips, but we often have a small one and they were appreciative. The beach was beautiful, a little seaweed, but not bad at all. We did put towels on chairs in the mornings by the pool or by the beach to have a spot for the day. We played tennis and went bowling- very fun. We booked a day catamaran trip through the hotel to Isle Mujeres. It was wonderful and they arranged everything! My family of 4 (2 teens) had a fabulous time.

As a first time all-inclusive experience, I really have nothing to compare to. It was a very nice resort. The property is still remodeling their buildings, so some were more modern than others. The Thursday afternoon foam party at the pool is a must-do even! Fun was had by young and old. We had an issue with the a/c, in one of our rooms that we had to continually ask to get fixed, other than that, an overall positive experience. I would go back.

Nice pool areas, friendly staff and fun activities for adults. Restaurants were okay, typical Mexican all inclusive - but if wanted a better meal or better drinks it cost more. Example $48 dollars american for 12 8oz Coronas.
