Well, it’s just say the first four hours after checking in my credit card got hacked and was used by the ministry of foreign affairs which just seems odd because it was not used for days before checking in, booked all inclusive waited untill day four before they filled the bar and pop fridge with asking twice a day, whirlpool on our patio was not usable other people’s hair and dirt scum in it since day one no none ever cleaned, day two no hot water at the whole resort everybody had to take ice cold showers. The food is typical all inclusive food mediocre at best Brazilian night was very good though. Everything else just typical all inclusive bland food. There are much better all inclusive resorts on the island. Last three days we’re here they were rebuilding the wooden deck around the pool works hanging over the edge of the pool with electric corded tools at any minute they could’ve dropped them in the pool and electrocuted everybody in the pool. Day 7 (we came with a group of 20, 10 different rooms) 8 of the rooms cards were shut off and had to be reset when we made it back to the resort. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Wonderful place - very clean, friendly, great food. Beautiful beach, the sand is like flour. Beach does get busy but Privilege Aluxes has its own private seating on the beach which is very nice. The servers on the beach are awesome!

The place and food was fine, but l did not like the limitation of the food, the buffet had not enogh variety, and there is only buffet for breakfast, the lunch and dinner did not give us the option for buffet. The lersonal was friendly, but something very important, THE MUSIC IS ALLWAYS THE SAME, NOT GOOD ENOGH FOR A TROPICAL ISLAND, IF IM IN MEXICO I SHOULD AT LEAST FEEL THW VIBES OF MEXICO, NOT EVEN ONE SPANISH MUSIC WHIC THAT MAKE IT SUCKS, HOW CAN L GO TO MEXICO AND NOT HEAR A SPANISH MUSIC IN 4 DAYS OF STAYS? IF I AM IN VACATION I SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE A VARIETY OF MUSIC, SPECIALLY THEIR NATIVE MUSIC FROM THEIR COUNTRY. IM FROM THE DOM. REP. AND THE DIFFERENCE IS VERY HIGH!

All inclusive made life easy on vacation and the food at the breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed the dinner at Satay the most out of the dinner options and ate plenty of chicken wings and burgers for lunch. Our room which had a partial ocean view was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Everyone was very polite and helpful from all the servers aound the pool, restaurants, beach to the front desk. Live entertainment around the pool in the afternoon and down at the beach at night were a bonus to the already incredible atmosphere! The only thing that was not top notch was the dinner we had a Sabor. It was not bad but was just not as high in quality as everything else in our opinion. The staff went out of their way to make sure my birthday was memorable. Thank you!

The food servers, restaurant and pool staff are amazing! Oscar, Samuel, Ricardo, Misael and Dani to name a few. They were wonderful and so nice! The beach is beautiful with crystal clear water and the beach huts and cabanas are great. The pools and pool area was also gorgeous and everything was very clean. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning service was as fast and also very nice and professional. The food was ok, I wish it was more authentic Mexican food. We left one night to get authentic Mexican food nearby. There was some noise during the night from construction and a sewer smell most days due to the rain. Definitely go during the non rainy season. The front desk staff was a bit rude and difficult to work with. But the higher level management at the front desk was a lot more accommodating and nice. This was our second time at this hotel and I will be going back because of the great service by all the waiters and service of the restaurant and pool staff.

Did not like the room. Located by loading dock. Beep beep beep in the morning with trucks backing up. Offered to move us but since this was our twelfth year at this resort they should of gave us a better room to start with. Refrigerator was not cold. Ask for towels 2 days in a row and never got any. Will not be going back.
