View from room was good, partial ocean view. There’s zip line for kids. But… Elevators were slow. Very noisy when it’s raining. All inclusive but we can’t request some liquor to our room. I had to pay to take a bottle in my room, expensive like 3x or 4x the price. Unlike other resorts, when you can request for bottles of liquor to deliver to your room. Also room service has a charge of $12. Food is free but for the delivery they charge you. So they kinda discourage you to eat and drink in your room to relax. The hallway on the ground floor between the restaurants wasn’t designed for the amount of rooms they have. Restaurants for dinner were ala carte, but serving is very small and lukewarm. Main buffet has very small variety of food. No handwash station behind the buffet service area where the cooks work, or anywhere. For breakfast you have to go before 9:00, or else you will have to wait in line, and it’s not even busy inside. And no bacon. If you hate someone, recommend this resort.

I don’t like to stepped into anybody business but if you are looking for Great vacation and well done spend because you deserve it PLEASE stay AWAY from this place, me and my family stayed for 6 days and almost Cost my marriage- horrible service, Dirty , OLD , photos from the internet most likely from Years back because that’s not what we saw there. Multiple amenities were closed. ( I complained and they moved me to a different room but the same issues Not AC working really don’t care about the noises but they have people repairing stuff during busy time of the day….AC is not working in the entire building, half of the building is Dark at night before bed time, the also have a club and closed areas just for members and by mistake we spend 4 hours from our time because someone give us the wrong information about excursions packages but instead 4 hours trying to sell us a vacation plan “ Scam” I can keep going about our stay here but really I’m not expecting any reward….just be honest with customers and provide what they deserve by paying their money.

Our stay at SeaDust Family Resort was amazing. All inclusive food choices was great. Upon arrival we had a bottle of welcoming wine. The king bed in our in our room was super soft. Our refrigerator was always re-stocked everyday with imported beer, sodas and bottled water.

There was 2 men in the room and they was painting and fixing the sink and refrigerator.. they was like this was not your room for about 1h.. then we was moved to a different room and there was no AC,the refrigerator did not cut on. There is no room service.. you have to pay for it.. The shower had missing tiles.. the shower cold for 2 days they sent men up there 3 different times.. the food selection was not for American.. the kids side was dammmmm little.. the pools do not have chlorine in it.It owe all three of them.. they have iguanas all over the promises.So you have to be very careful because they are very, very close.. there is missing pieces from your building paint are chipped.. you walk into the lobbie, the balcony is missing pieces of glass. They have caution tape all over the resort for different different areas.. and then we were checking out. They told me that I was going to receive a refund, but never did.. there was a cockroach in 2 different parts of the buffet.. we did not eat the last day we was sooo damm sick.. we couldn't wait to get back.to take medication and get checked out..

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay. We are so overwhelmed with the different restaurants and bars - they all offer great food that it is hard to decide where to dine 😁 We will definitely go back again

I like that the pool and the beach area was close by. I did not like the food choices being the same every day in the buffet side. In the restaurant site the waiting time was ridiculous in every restaurant the waiting time was between 1 to 1:45 minutes. They should go back to reserving tables. Further, there was no entertainment, besides the karaoke night which closed too early 11PM and did not open till 9PM.

We stayed at the Seadust hotel for one night. We picked this place because of the water park and kids club. The water park was great but everything else was horrible. The room has bugs in the bathroom. The kids clubs toys were very old. The infant area was closed as the area had puddles of water everywhere. The entire resort smells as if there is mildew everywhere.

Good dining options, hotel staff was nice and friendly, except for Infinity club staff that were rude and aggressive per say with membership, other than that a great place with great drinks and food, easy access transportation to downtown area !
