Property outdoor areas and pools are nice! The food was not great! The buffet was much better than the restaurants that you were supposed to make reservations because they are consider the nicest but the food was not that good. The Italian restaurant was the worse experience.

I would not stay at the Oasis again. There are too many people. The water smelled like sewer when you showered and brushed your teeth. One bathroom sink did not drain well so we did not use it. If we would love have used it, there would have been dirty residue remaining in the sink. I asked for a double bed room but they gave me one king size bed. The employees at the food stations are disgruntled. Seems like they are overworked. There was only one employee at the beach bar, fries section, and pizza section with looooong lines of people waiting to get their food. Because of this, the employees are not friendly and welcoming.

I like the design of the property very nice aesthetics and ambiance. I’d don’t like that it was difficult to glare appointments for the restaurants which limited our food options. Other than the lack of variety and complexity to book appointments everything else was amazing to include the shows.

An initial crib request was made at the time of booking, followed by a request at check-in, another request to the bell-hop, a call to housekeeping, a request of a housekeeping staff on the floor and finally, another call to the operator for a crib, which finally arrived two days after check-in. There is inconsistency of customer service across the resort; some staff go above and beyond like Lucelly in the concierge and others do not care at all and appear irritated to provide any service. Housekeeping was inconsistent; there was no water in the fridge upon arrival and it was a guess as to what would appear in the fridge - sometimes candy, sometimes chips, sometimes neither. Internet was horrendous. As a premier booking with the black band (highest level), the premium internet was choppy and you were kicked off the server 10 times in the day. Switching to the regular internet was no better. It was like stepping back in time in terms of technology. Nothing was explained at check-in about the perks of having the black band so we missed out on some of those perks that we did not figure out ourselves. Timeshare/Spa/Sales reps roam the lobby and grounds which is a turn-off. The resort is not stroller friendly - our room was on the 5th floor (via elevator) from the first floor that required going up stairs every time, restaurants have stairs. The best part of the hotel is the room service. The rest of the service vanished like the Bermuda Triangle. Will not be back.

We love the hotel and our vacations there. Of all the restaurants, we chose Market Place for its food and presentation. Rudy and Emilio know what it means to represent a hotel. They made us feel at home and cared for every detail during breakfast and supper. It's the first service class, for sure. Ricardo and his crew also did their part by cleaning the rooms on time and in good form (Floor 3 Piramide room 5311), which Made us feel like they really cared about our stay. At the beach, the crew caring for the guests and helping bring ceviche and drinks was also super friendly. Overall, all the staff at the hotel are very friendly, but Emilio, Rudy, Ricardo, and his crew went the extra mile. Thank you, guys! You made Oasis Piramide outstanding!

This resort is excellent value for money. Everything is expensive along the beach in Cancun. It is nice to stay at a hotel that both Mexicans and foreigners can afford to enjoy.

I felt so safe since I arrived to the hotel. Everyone is extremely nice. They have a casino,nightclub,Zumba and dj dancing floor in the swimming pool area. It’s a vacation at pyramid Cancun oasis. Definitely going back.safe all the way!!!
