Great hotel and we've stayed many times in the past and will do in the future. We decided to purchase the breakfast package at checkin, being told that it was a few AED cheaper than buying it at the counter. Because we booked with Hotels.com/Expedia we get a discount on food and beverages. It turns out the Hotels.com discount was higher than the "discount" offered by the receptionist but because the price was already a deal they couldn't apply the Hotels.com discount. A bit annoying given it was our 8th stay at the hotel

Hospitality at JBH was amazing as it always is. There is building work going on next door but it never once impacted our stay.

Unsure if we had VIP ACCESS service but this stay was sound. Food could better especially the hot meals. And breakfast with more breakfast items as opposed to lunch and dinner meals
