Very clean and quiet property and would definitely recommend for a family. Staff was fantastic all across the board. Only negatives were that they don’t have a nice beach area and is actually pretty rough and the food options are very limited and seems as if it’s the same stuff over again with very minimal taste. Overall we enjoyed our time.

My friends gave this property high reviews from when they stayed here last year hence, we decided to book this resort for our vacation. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations this time. Most dining places were closed due to it being "off peak" season. The buffet was okay, but there is no variety. The same thing was served everyday. The drinks are also limited so are the staff. There was also no entertainment during the day at all. There was a band at night by one of the bars but that's about it. I'm not sure if this was just an occurrence during our whole stay or the service in this resort is like this whole year round. Another issue we had is WiFi, we are booked for 5 people in the room and the concierge gave us two codes to use and the codes are one time use. You would have to pay to get two more codes for WiFi, how is that expected when we have 5 people booked in one room? Overall, I do not recomment this resort and will not book here again

Overall, this continues to be such a phenomenal value for the money. This is our second year coming and we go with our friends who have been three years in a row. Our first time, we wondered what was the matter with the resort since it was so much less expensive but since then, we’ve accepted the resort for what it is, which is a little simpler and a little less exciting perhaps than some other resorts but well worth the money. The main buffets are good and have different themes every day. The restaurants are good as well, but it’s hard to get into them sometimes. The pools are well taken care of and they always have staff who help whenever needed. The platinum club was a nice upgrade this year and provided a butler that we could text which helped with some small items like extra towels, etc. the beach appeared to be improved from the last time that we stayed here and we were able to snorkel several times, which was great. It’s still not a phenomenal beach and they have issues with seaweed but it’s at least swimmable. The resort is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and we use the “happy” shuttle company to get us there. Overall, for the money, it’s a good value and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend as long as you have reasonable expectations. It isn’t fancy but it’s just what we need with three small children.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Would be a good idea for them not to clear the seaweed and leave the pile in front of the few sun beds on the beach. Check-in staff need better training as was a poor experience and set a bad start when the rest of the staff were great and the resort was lovely. The evening restaurants let the place down with not great food with only one we would return to but the buffets were great.
