Liapari Beach House has been developed with the key elements of luxury and tranquillity. The architectural use of stone, glass and timbers, against a backdrop of the rainforest, create quite a mesmerising experience as you transition through the home to the unsurpassed vista, of what is now your private beach home.

Concertina New Guinea Rosewood and glass doors open the entire luxury living space onto oceanfront and rainforest balconies. The perimeter glass balustrade flows around to a spacious area enveloped by filtered rainforest light; taking you to an enticing daybed to complete this picture of serenity.

Further along the pool deck, you may choose to immerse yourself in the 8-person heated spa/jacuzzi; while enjoying mesmerising views of the beach, the hypnotic allure of the surf; or laze an oversized day bed; all while shaded under a thatched pavilion. From this vantage point you will enjoy uninterrupted views of the entire length of this renowned beach.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation
This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. The Seaview suite commands the ultimate sleeping room in the house, located on the ground floor with direct level access to the pool area and beach. The stunning feature of this room is the ocean view from the king bed, freestanding bath and shower room. It also includes separate toilet, walk in robe, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Rainforest Suite
The Rainforest suite is located on the first floor overlooking the Littoral rainforest, through a framed 7sqm floor to ceiling window. The room features a king size bed, private balcony, ensuite bathroom with a spa and separate shower, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and huge walk in robe.

Balcony Room
The Balcony room is situated on the first floor adjacent to the Rainforest Suite. The room features a large private balcony enjoying a sunny westerly aspect with filtered sunlight through the canopy. Gorgeous stay with rolling waves soundtrack

This is a beautiful property at the end of a group of semidetached villas. It looks out onto an ocean beach with rolling waves. The view and the sound of the waves is captivating. The house is well maintained and well set up for a family with teenage and tweenage kids. The pool table was great for the rainy day that we had (in July) and there was plenty to do in town to keep our days busy when we wanted to be occupied. The TVs, wifi, coffee machine, home appliances were all excellent. Plenty of beautiful places to sit on balconies, in living rooms, by the pool, spa or on the beach itself. A really lovely property, obviously well loved.

This property was perfectly positioned, directly on the beach right up against the rainforest and a headland. It had stunning views and quiet location. Enjoyed by children, dog and parents.

Great house with a few disappointments

The space is great, bathrooms lovely and kitchen equipment good. This house is showing a bit of wear and tear. Short on wine glasses for a house of this size. Internet very poor especially after 5 pm. Some jets in spa not working. The beach is not safe for swimming. Gardeners turned up unannounced.

Beautiful location and facilities

My partner and I stayed at this villa as a base to come back to after our wedding at Emerald beach. This villa was outstandingly beautiful and provided plenty of relaxing spaces and things to do. From evening drinks in the rain in the hot tub, playing pool in the games room to cooking delicious food in the kitchen with every utensil you could need. Thank you for creating a gorgeous space and providing us with wonderful memories as newlyweds.

The location is beautiful,

Loved this place we stayed 6 nights and our batteries were fully charged. Wish we could have stayed longer,spent most days in the beach front spa, if we had one negative it just lacked a little on the privacy side. And we had a large family and kids next to us for a few days.. already planing 2021

Everything about Liapari House is fabulous. Super comfy beds.. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need ...the house is light bright and airy And has so much space and a pool area to die for ... did I mention you can take your pooch!! Hopefully we will return sometime soon

Lovely beachfront property in unique spot. Our only reservation was a lack of privacy with a very close next door neighbour. A substantial high stone wall or closely planted high bamboo screening to seperate the two properties would be a huge value add.

Amazing in Every way!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Liapari Beach House when we stayed with friends recently. The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need and more - the throw blankets on the balcony were a lovely touch (amongst many other touches). The living spaces have amazing views of the pool and beach, the rumpus room with pool table was a hit with the teenagers, and the bedrooms were lovely with extremely comfortable beds. The pool and spa area, which leads to the beach, is gorgeous - it felt like being in Bali. The house is very central, being located 10 minutes from shopping centres and restaurants in Coffs Harbour. Monique was so easy to deal with and we were so pleased we could bring our four-legged family members too. Thanks Monique - the house is warm, welcoming and just beautiful. We’ll be back!

What an amazing property

Amazing property. Well equipped and refined, compared to other homes of the same caliber. Stunning location and all the amenities you require for a restful, luxurious stay. Wonderful Beach Side Retreat

We cant wait to return. The property was amazing - the pictures do not do the location justice. It was fantastic to be able to take our dog with us and the kids loved the spa. They did venture into the pool but were wearing wet suits! Monique was great to deal with and made the process very easy. The drive up from Sydney was very easy as the road is dual carriageway all the way.

What a fantastic 50th birthday I had with my family at Liapari. The property certainly lived up to its online listing. Not only is it situated in one of the most amazing locations, it was also immaculately clean and the manager Monique couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with, going out of her way to make our stay the absolute best it could be. Beautiful house in a beautiful location

I find it very easy to recommend this house to others. The house is as per the listing if not better. In a quite spot on the beach, we didnt want to leave the house as it had everything, pool, beach ( though its not recommended to swim in), games room, open living, BBQ and i could go on. This house is great for a few couples or a couple of families.
