Good location, great views and comfortable
Good location with many eateries around. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony of our hotel room overlooking the Han River. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel prepared a nice cake for us in our room. We were grateful for their arrangements. Breakfast was nice too with a good mix of international and Vietnamese food. However, we felt sad to see a lot of food wastage by guest and hope that the staff could do more to curb the wastage.

Novotel was beautiful, location was serene with a beautiful view of the Han River both from our hotel balcony and the gym! We stayed here a few nights and though it isn't very walkable to the shopping streets, Grab is easily available and there are the basic eateries, cafe (Indigo!), spa and convenience stores nearby. We had a facial at the hotel spa too which was relaxing.

Da Nang's Visit
Novotel hotel was so amazing as the hotel check-in receptionist allocated a room on the 27th floor with mesmerizing views of the Da Nang Dragon bridge and the Han River. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel's view and took many photos. Breakfast had such an array of food, both Vietnamese and international. The mango smoothie was highly recommended. A wonderful stay for 2 nights.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel hotel in Da Nang. It was nice enough that I ended up staying extra days. I had a corner suite facing the river but I moved to one of their apartments with a kitchenette so that I could do laundry. I really liked this room. I would like to give a special acknowledgment to Mia at the check-in counter. She was charming and personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in planning my time in the city. All the best to her and the great staff Novotel!

We appreciate most the front desk officer , Vicky who has been most professional and helpful, most approachable and always wear a lovely smile. We travelled with our adult daughter n stayed for 2 nights. For the first night, we managed only to secure a one bedroom apartment due to high occupancy n a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 2nd night. We were most impressed and thankful for Vicky’s thoughtful arrangement . She made a seamless transfer to the other room and also upgraded us to a marvellous Han River view. Another pleasant encounter is we met again manager Nga again who in split second recognised us (we came before in Sept last year) and extended the warmest welcome to us. Overall, what we received is far above hospitality but most friendly and truly feel at home experience.
