When they know the pull out couch is going to be used they should make it accessible so the living room doesn’t need to be completely rearranged. No blankets for the pull out couch either and when I called the front desk I was asked twice if I checked the closets. When staff brought a flannel blanket, because there were no comforters left, again I was asked if I had checked the closets. Overall fairly disappointed for the amount of money spent. Breakfast was awesome though.

Amazing place to stay in Kingston. Easy to get there right on the harbour. The room had a kitchenette and very spacious and clean. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Breakfast included which was wonderful eggs,bacon,sausage etc. would definitely recommend this place.

The view of the Harbour from our room was great. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was great. I would easily recommend this facility to anyone.

I will not recommand.... I tried to cancel 1 month ahead of time... the room cost a good amount of money for 3 nights... It should have been cancelled with the circumstances... it shows you don't care about ppl... the front desk had no ideas of activities to do with a dog in Kingston other than walking....I will seriously not recommand and paying an extra for a dog??? You still clean the bed sheet... right? I hope so...
