Very nice place with super central location.
Breakfast was good but what we value the most was the staff and service we received. We were able to store our bags in the hotel lobby two days before actually check in as we were going to Sa Pa and didn’t want to bring them with us.
Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful, especially Jenny took special care of us.
