The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the airport, within the Old District but not too close to all the noise. Walking distance from every good places to visit. Lots of good shops and restaurants around. It is surprisingly affordable with good amenities and the staff are extra helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is superb. Highly recommended. It will be my hotel of choice when I come back to Hanoi.

Great location, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and night market. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. During check in, customer service staff accompanied us to the room and explain where things are and what is included in the room. There is a good variety of food for breakfast at the hotel.

Very much appreciate the friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The room was cleaned and cozy ... well, I booked a cozy room after all 😃. My sister and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast; I think the hotel offer a reasonable variety of breakfast options. Overall, we had a very good experience with Lotus Boutique Hotel. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues !

Lovely stay in Hanoi old quarter
The staff was great. Very kind and informative. I had a lovely stay. Would stay there again. The location was also great-near all the tourist sites and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great location, well within walking distance of many attractions. Very friendly staff, not intrusive. Airport pick up very smooth, give them your whats app number to speak to them directly. Very diverse breakfast, quite fresh and have small changes daily, Pho soup for breakfast is a game changer.

Very basic, no frills hotel. Not as nice as the pictures. Good for a one nighter if Hanoi is just a stop over, otherwise would recommend staying elsewhere. The free breakfast was very limited and not great - and in a different nearby hotel.

When we booked the room, we didn’t realise the “window” was actually just to the hallway. We had this closed, but could still hear people coming and going quite loudly. Because the hotel is so narrow, I don’t think many rooms would have a window to the outside. Other than this, it was pretty good. The receptionist even have us a takeaway breakfast when we had to check out early!

The front desk has great service and prevents you from getting scammed by taxi services. They speak good english and help you with any problems you may have. If you do happen to get overcharged they will fight for you.

We had the most amazing stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel Hanoi. From the moment we step through the doors of the hotel we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff was very helpful in regards to answering all of our thousands questions, helping with bookings and providing guidance about where to go and what we should visit during our stay. We had a less present experience at another hotel, and, thus, decided to stop by Lotus Boutique to see if it was possible to book a new room with them for the night. It surely was and they once again welcomed us with open arms. Everyone from the staff were very friendly and humble, but especially Anna, Mia stood out as exceptionally kind and helpful! Thank you! We can highly recommend staying at Lotus Boutique Hotel Hanoi!

From the moment we walked in the door the staff were completely attentive, nothing was too much trouble, great breakfast - some foods changed daily. Very close to Lake and Water Puppet Show. We could also store our luggage overnight whilst visiting Halong Bay.

Place was spotless but very tired rooms. Scratched and chipped surfaces etc. we booked many months ahead and booked a twin room but we only ended up having one bed between us which wasn’t ideal

Annabelle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of many food establishments and shopping. The hotel can also arrange tours for you and can arrange transport to and from the airport

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very professional and very helpful. Anna who works on the front desk is very informative about the area and can sort travel and excursions at local rates. Thank you to the whole team, they made our stay very pleasurable.
