This hotel is a great value and perfect location in Hanoi! The staff was incredible and always aiming to please.
Rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious.It's a fairly new hotel in a great location....we could walk everywhere. The beds were a little bit hard for my liking but it didn't stop me from having a great night's sleep.
There was a minor conflict with our booking, as the previous person in our room decided to have a late check-out. The manager was extra-accomodating offering us discounts or accomodation at the sister hotels to make up for our inconvenience. The manager ensured we were well taken care of and what could have been a huge annoyance was handled professionally with above-and-beyond service!
I highly recommend staying here for those who are looking for good value and top-quality service. I would definitely stay here again!
