I love Vietnam
This must be the best hotel we've stayed in. The room itself was extremely spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a lovely location in Hanoi Old Quarter. Best wishes to all the staff . We hope to return to Vietnam and will definitely be checking back in.

This is the first time I have been in Hanoi, I had a wonderful stay here, thanks all hotel staffs especially Jimmy and Sulli for helping us during 3 nights in Hanoi. Clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast but a little choice, walkable location. Highly recommend !!!!

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 weeks and we were very happy with our stay. Ms Jennie and she staff were very warm and welcoming and helped us with all tours including Ha Long Bay and Hoi An. We stayed in the city view deluxe rooms which were great value and very spacious. It was also a great location in the Old Quarter. I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi for business or pleasure!

We stayed two night (although we tried to book 3 more later that same week but sadly it was fully booked by then. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The bed is very comfortable. Our air-conditioning wasn't working properly but staff came up as soon as we called the reception and showed us how to reset it when it stopped working. The breakfast was very good and changed every day plus you could order some things like Pho soup from a menu without extra charges. I can recommend this hotel without hesitation. It's location is very convenient as well !

Clean hotel and good facilities.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and they definitely succeeded - the room we were in was a little bit loud at times due to the hotel's location in Old Quarter, but they were extremely apologetic about the noise and tried to make up for it with little gifts throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter despite some noise at times.

Jimmi the hotel manager is an incredibly helpful man. The best hotel manager in Hanoi. Every question and concern was dealt with promptly. Jimmi and his staff were great at organising any tours or trips that we requested including a Halong Bay tour using Galaxy and Sapa, 1 day tour: City tour, Perfume Pagoda, Hoa Lu - Tam Coc.Flights could also be organised through the hotel to other locations such as Hoi An and Ho Chi MInh City which was also convenient and good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any new or returning hanoi stayers. The rooms were large and the cleaning service provided was good. Laundry was performed on the same day which was convenient. The vietnamese style breakfast options were nice and simple! Great Customer service at all times. Great location in the old quarter. If there were any places that were a slight distance away, the hotel promptly called a taxi. Reliable staff is something i value when looking at a place to stay and this is definitely something that the Royal Palace Hotel in Hanoi has. I would definitely return to Royal Palace Hotel in Hanoi to see Mr Jimmi in the near future.

We traveled last minute and Jennie helped us to book a cruise to Halong Bay with less than 24 hours even before we arrived st the hotel. Jimmi was extremely helpful with all the excursions and very very kind. Very clean rooms and comfy bed. Perfect location, quiet street 5 mins away from the center. Wish we could have stayed more with them! Thanks Jimmi we had an Amazon experience!!

We have stayed here several times in the past but this is the first time since the hotel was refurbished in 2019. I am happy to report that all the good things are still the same-friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent laundry-and the rooms are even better than before. We stayed in a dragon suite which was lovely with new floor to ceiling windows. The bed was amazing-so comfortable! The bathroom had been modernised and now has a great walk in shower. The location is perfect.

We (2 female travellers) has a great time staying at the hotel before and after a tour. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They quickly acted upon our requests and responded well to all emails. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. It was what we needed after a muddy trek in Sapa.
