Great place to stay, lovely and quiet after the hustle and bustle in hcmc. Staff were very attentive, warm and welcome. Only downside was the price of the breakfast, almost $45-$50 for the breakfast with eggs, as breakfast was not included.

The front desk ladies did not greet us or smile when we first arrived. Make us wait and services someone else after us with no apologies or explanation. The rug in there suite is full of dirty stain.

We are enjoying at Nikko hotel have good sleep and very good breakfast the staff are very nice helpful specially we are enjoying at every morning breakfast staff girl name is Chi , she always cheering with customers and take care every thing. Not too clean in some part like a bathtub left some hair there, smaller than it list 409 sf, the bed is awesome I slept really well on it, I ask for upgrade did not get it, you guys miss a chance for me to become a regular customer. Over all it’s a good hotel but not great. Thanks for reading

The hotel is not expected to be a 5 star hotel, as the facility might require a refresh. Shower is levelled with the kitchen floor, the water from shower always ruin the kitchen area after a shower. The door separated bedroom and the kitchen also seems to be out of shape. However, the staff was amazing, who are always understandable and willing to help. Kudos to all the staff.
