Silverland Ben Thanh has amazing interior design. I’d recommend staying there just for that but the location is also great and the staff are wonderful too. So an easy 5 stars from me.

Pre-covid, we always stayed at this hotel. Post-covid, it was closed. We were very excited when it re-opened and we booked our 4days 3nights stay here without hesitation. It was an excellent experience. The front desk staff, Ms Kim spoke fluent English and was very patient snd helpful in accommodating to our requests. Ms Nancy too spoke fluent English and was helpful to assist us during our stay. The hotel has been nicely renovated with a cosy ambience. It brought us back to the flintstone era. It has added facilities such as the gym, sauna and rooftop swimming pool. Well-lit rooms and corridoor. The toilet bowls were installed with high- tech bidet. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Commendable goe their excellent service. Will definitely recommend this hotel to relatives and friends who wish to visit HCM city.

A Gem for All Ages
There are many accommodations in Ho Chi Minh City, and choosing the "right one" depends on your budget and what you want to see. This is a huge city with 12 districts. That said, considering we were a family of 5 whose ages varied from 73 to 21, we chose the Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel in District 1 because everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Being close to the largest indoor market is also very handy. Airport transfers to and from the hotel were excellent - no problems and the transport was perfect. I emailed our arrival transport needs, and the staff was prompt and reassuring. We arrived early, and the front desk staff were very solicitous. Thank you, Diem and Ana. They can also help with tour arrangements and spa recommendations. For rooms, my adult children and I had the family room on 312. I asked to transfer out because the plumbing in the shower kept soaking the entire bathroom. We were quickly placed in room 612. There was a vast difference - the halls seemed brighter, the room felt larger, and more importantly - no plumbing issues. The room was great. My other family members were on the 4th floor, and they were delighted with their rooms. Meals on the 12th floor were truly wonderful. The food was great, and the staff and management service were superb. Thank you! The hotel also has a coffee shop on the ground floor at the back. The cold-pressed juices were delicious, and the staff were excellent.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Free daily afternoon tea. The hotel is conveniently located next to market, shopping district and sightseeing. All walkable but if you prefer to get a grab car, it is also very cheap.

Must stay if you visit HCM.
This is our 2nd stay after it reopened from renovation. Much much better compares to the old one (though it was good too). Very cozy and nice room. Breakfast and afternoon tea are provided with a good spread of choice. All staff are well dressed, cheerful and courtesy. Overall I think it worth the value.

People's kind and polite attitude to every guest They even threw in a free airport ride for us, after 11 nights of staying at the hotel. We had 2 night of disturbed sleep due to some very noisy guests.

My wife and I are glad to revisit this hotel after their grand renovation, totally different outlook and a big improvement in their breakfast menu and quality of foods and they even provide afternoon tea (free).
