While we were never really uncomfortable, the only difficulty we had was that we were unable to cool the room down. No matter how it was set, the thermostat kept the room at 74 degrees and higher.

We love the hotel. We’ve been staying there for years. Great service and great rooms. However, the homeless panhandlers have moved into the area and make the area dirty and feel unsafe.

Great hotel
This hotel is somewhere I would love to stay again. Loved how my room was set up and the staff were great. They made checking in very easy. There are also tons of great restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Although they do not offer room service, they do have a 24 hour grab and go and Starbucks. Definitely recommend.

My experience in the Property was excellent the only one thing I wish some of these more exclusive Hotels would check their shower heads the water in the Shower was very weak by pass that all was great .
