Commendable!

The Parker Hotel is commendable! The stay and the staff were amazing. I would like to commend the 2 male receptionists who I forgot to ask for the names. We were allowed to check in early and even got an upgrade for our room. The staff was accommodating and polite to our queries. Check this hotel out!

We love this hotel and the staff. Amazing customer service. They were so accommodating and understanding when my partner thought he forgot his iPad there. The location is great, lots of places around to eat. Secure parking is peace of mind for us. We will be back.

It was unclear whether the valet parking was included or not with the room. One worker told us that it was included 2 separate times, and then after we said yes to it and they took my car, we were told it was not included by the front desk worker.

Love it!

As close to perfect as one can get. It is a great location, with amazingly warm and friendly staff. The rooms are updated and clean. And the rooftop bar is right out of Manhatten. As Arnold once said, I'll be back!
