Love that you can do anything you want within the hotel as well as access to the skytrain for shopping. One stop away and you are shopping go the other way to the airport. Love the pool and hot tub set up. Overall always a good stay at the River Rock

Expedia and River Rock advertise there are electric chargers there is only one and they make you pay $40 valet to use it per night, the rooms smell like smoke, and when you leave they charge an extra $25 resort fee to make sure you never return, if you also have been charged extra fees due to misrepresentation message me and I will collect the fees on your behalf

This could be a great place to stay for a business traveler, except for the fact that there is limited hot water in the shower (I have stayed here several times and have had the same problem, despite knowing how to operate the shower adjustments) , lack of response at the front desk, and the fact that room service is really sketchy and expensive.

Not a bad property, especially if you are into the casino games or there for a conference. A little noisy as it is the flight path of the airport but quiet around 10pm at night. Hotel furniture starting to looks a bit worn and might benefit from some updating. Pool area and gym are great and Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice. Food service is currently pretty limited.

Always stay here while in Vancouver although usually in the actual hotel above the casino. i feel like this is the nicer side of the property and the rooms seem nicer.

After checking prices on hotel’s website got a better deal with Expedia when I phoned the hotel to ask about rooms facing the marina I was told to book this room in the west tower when I got here the room is facing the car garage and not the marina front desk told me all the other rooms were booked wasn’t to happy when I could of gotten a room cheaper then this one
