We were able to check in early (12:00 pm) as the room was ready. We paid for valet parking as it was just $4 more. Great central village location with a less busy road entrance. Large, clean room with a view of the golf course (and roof). Really the only negative is the double not queen sized beds. Definitely will stay here again. Very quiet too.

For tourists like us at least share something about the place like to experience the best out of our stay in the area . Maybe some does and unfortunately for us did not say anything. But overall the place is clean and location is the best

Have stayed at the property many times and know the area well but we were disgusted with the leather headboard falling apart and looked like was attacked with either teeth or fingernails and was falling off into our bed throughout our stay.

Hilton main lobby was under construction. Poor ambiance, very dark. Pool and hot tub area was small. Only enough room for three people in hot tub and then it felt crowded if anyone else joined. Hot tub was not very hot. Woke up early at 6am and didn’t want to wake family so went to lobby to have coffee and read. No complimentary coffee in lobby.

First, I wasn’t told that I would be paying for parking. Second, it irritated me to no end that I was unable to get a luggage cart without having to use a bellman and thereby tip said bellman. I am quite capable of loading a luggage cart by myself and bringing it to my room and unloading it and returning it. I don’t need assistance from a bellman.

We had a room with a small dining area, kitchen, two queens and pullout sofa - it was very relaxing and spacious for our family of five. Comfortable bedding, clean quarters and a sweet view of a waterfall from hotel behind us. We also enjoyed the pool and both hot tubs. The Hilton is also close to parks, bike rentals and all the Whistler Village shops. Perfect stay for our Whistler vacation!

Overall satisfied stay. We were able to check in earlier than anticipated. The hotel staff was very accommodating and supported with all requests as best as they could. The parking charge at the hotel (and overall Whistler) is a bit ridiculous at $37 per night or $41 for valet.

Nice hotel
The hotel and staff were great. The young man at the front desk was friendly, professional, patient, and helpful. We did see some evidence of things being a little tired. We were concerned with the badly rippled carpet in many places. It's a real trip hazard. Overall the staff makes up for most of the shortcomings of the hotel.

Work Stay
Nice quiet room and comfortable bed, finishing is getting a bit dated. Staff are excellent and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable. Overall 8 out of 10 for the stay. Breakfast is very good.
