Can't beat the location
Amazing location and even rented skis in the lobby at Summit Sports. Hilton is right at the foot of the Whistler gondola you can walk to the ticket booth in your ski boots no problem.

This hotel is the worse hotel I have ever seen , all towels are ripped and beds are dented and broken, elevator is for 100 years ago

Construction was going on throughout our stay and a strong paint odor was everywhere. Sona and Jacuzy was not in a good shape and the changing room next to it was closed

Hotel was not forth coming regarding the outdoor pool/hot tub and bar/restaurant. Should be notified while booking, we were notified 2-3 weeks before arrival and prices went up since I made the original booking and paid in full. Poor communication and decision to do all this work during prime ski season. You had all summer.

Extremely welcoming and informative from the beginning to the end. The convenience of being walking distance from the restaurants, shopping outlets and gondola really made the stay are great choice.
