The room was very nice. The robes were a nice touch for visiting the pool or spa. Even though checkout eas at 11:00am we were told we could use the pool and the parking (parking is additional $20) was good till 3pm. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and big but as with any indoor pool the acoustics are very loud and echoing. So be prepared for that if you’re expecting a relaxing experience at the pool. Still nice though.

Complimentary upgrade on arrival. Very much appreciated for my husband's birthday celebrations. Room had everything we needed from full kitchen needs to washer and dryer. Robes were very comfortable. Amenities were abundant with pleasing fragrances. Staff always polite, friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to downtown, parliament buildings and other landmarks. Our favourite place to stay in Victoria.

Very convenient property as i was having surgery at Clinic 805. Was able to becwheeled tight to room. Excellent quiet place for my recovery.

Our go to place to stay. Apartment style living when travelling makes things so relaxing. Ordered the frozen pizza for dinner and was extremely surprised how good they tasted and easy to cook up.
