The hall ways smell terrible and the property is dirty and not up kept at all. Staff was nice but I would never stay here again. A lot of homeless outside on the street as well.

The hotel windows allowed a lot of noise through. There is a bar next door and on Friday we heard all of the people spilled out into the street until about 3 am. The bathroom is really quite big but no vanity room for getting ready. Could be arranged much better with a bigger sink and mirror area.

Great hotel, bad neighborhood
Great budget option. Good rooms and friendly staff. Be warned that there are a lot of homeless and drug users on this street and the property is next to a loud nightclub so is very noisy on weekends. Not much the property can do about either of those things. I wouldn't recommend for those with young families, but if you're on a budget, fine for couples or solo travellers, just keep your wits about you on this street.

There is a dance club on the first floor of the hotel. Very loud music/bass/noise until 3am. This was not disclosed when booking. I felt they purposely hide this info.
