Adventure Sport Hotels in Dubai Marina

Good location and price.

Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very relaxing entrance and first impression. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and excellent options. Coffee was good, but one or two machines seemed to be non-working about half of the time. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Dubai Marina and the fact that we could walk to most places.

Where do we begin? Right at the arrival we are greeted by the ever smiling and attentive ‘Merry’, as usual going beyond customer service! We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there. Breakfast was made fantastic despite the chaos by Francis, who went over and beyond and so did Tannu! Hardworking guys, attentive and addressing all our requests with a big smile at all times. Not to forget Paul at the reception, his Manager Minna Hinna, and his thoughtfulness, welcoming us with nice sweets which was appreciated. Lastly the hard working Bilawal “Billu” and Mohsin at the valet and baggage services. Fantastic guys. Thanks a lot JA team. Its people like you that make us come back!
