Excellent staff! The breakfasts were superb and varied. The location is a bit of a challenge as it is nowhere near the metro, and the tram is quite far. Also a self service laundrette would have been ideal.

We had the most incredible stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The staff were so attentive and kind and made sure we had the most comfortable stay. We also were granted a late check out which allowed us to enjoy our last day before a night flight home! The room was also huge and had amazing views! We loved this hotel and the beach was gorgeous also so many deck chairs! Cannot wait to visit again!

I paid for a room with a sea view they gave me a room on floor 4 R 428 when look from the balcony u see service building etc u can see the beach but not great When I was checking in I asked the receptionist to give me a higher floor but she was interested when I complained after few hrs she was willing but I already unpacked Terrible girls working in the reception Never go there again

The pool area was large enough to accommodate the guests - plenty of loungers. The dining options were varied and not too busy. The breakfast selection was fantastic.
