We arrived at 1015pm (after our flight was delayed) with 2 tired toddlers. I had called requesting cribs in our room, but of course they were not there. The front desk said we had to wait until after 11pm qhen next shift arrived to get cribs. We didn't put our babies down until 1130pm when our cribs arrived. There was no food service, so we had rice krispies and chips for dinner from their little store that also sold $10 bottles of water. Breakfast had a lot of options, but was just disgusting. Very dissapointing and glad it was only for 1 night

Great property but driving is terrible bc the road next to hotel is blocked off. In order to drive through the neighborhood you have to get stuck in airport traffic. We had to walk everywhere bc it would take longer by car than walking bc the rd is blocked off by the hotel.

Stayed here on our last night in Boston and was conveniently located by the airport. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24 hours a day, huge plus. The hotel is showing its age but still kept up nicely. No restaurants in walking distance, but onsite restaurant was good but pricey, as would be expected. Service was excellent and rooms were very spacious. We would stay here again.

The worst reservation in history, the list price does not match the arrival price, I need to pay extra. This is not my problem, but I have to pay the bill. I contacted them many times, but they didn't have any solution. I finally decided not to check in and asked them for a refund. They agreed at that time, but in the end there was no real refund. It is true that the big store deceives customers.

We stayed for 3 nights and booked 3 rooms. We liked the convenient location and it’s near the airport. Easy uber ride to Boston and we took the shuttle to the airport. The driver was very helpful. Breakfast was good although we only experienced it once during our stay. One of the days we stayed there, we had booked a tour for early morning and we’ll miss breakfast so we requested if we can get a packed breakfast. We were told they can only give 2 packed breakfast between the 10 of the family members. Would suggest providing a couple bottled water every day would be a great customer service. They have one bottled water that’s for $8.
