This was a great location. Staying in the heart of old town allowed for convenient access to everything we wanted to do. The staff was great for recommendations on food and places to go. The room needed a little tlc- it looks like there was minor floor damage and could use a little attention. Would come back.

Overall, it’s a great location. Bed was quite uncomfortable, slept with some extra padding to try to make it better. Bathroom is essentially a boat bathroom, but with poor ventilation so it seems like that causes the moldy smell

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service! Check in was very easy and my room was available early. However, they do have luggage storage available, if needed. The room was decent size. Flooring was a little dated and slightly damaged but I was very happy with the room overall. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfy, oversized towels were provided. There were plenty of hangers and a hairdryer, kettle, and coffee/tea selection. I ate at the onsite restaurant for a late lunch and it was a lovely space and the food was delicious! Very safe location and all of the sights were close by! All of the staff were fabulous! I will definitely return!

I am a picky person in general and was my first time in Scotland this year , I choose it at last minute and gamble on it as I forgot to book my hotel as I had a few days off before and event before I moved to another hotel This location was great it was close to everything and walking access to all over that’s why I choose this place and will definitely come here again next year the service was great the staff super friendly and helpful Also if you happend to need or want a room if you have some accessibly issue or disable please make sure to call them before hand that you got it right and all , wnd if you want to change that room to a normal room make sure to call a few days ahead They are very helpful and delight people who work in this hotel I am mention as I had a few groups of people in front of me and heard them talk about wanting to change there rooms to normal rooms

The area around is very dirty. There’s a lot of homeless and commuters coming in and out of the hotel. There was a mouse on the 6th floor bridge crossing from one area into another close to my room. I did not feel clean after seeing the mouse.
