Room very disappointing. Wobbly toilet seat, Loose arms on both chairs Cupboard door loose Supposed to be a mini bar but ther wasn’t a fridge in the room . Very creaky floorboards. The staff was wonderful & the room very large - BUT, this is not an easy in/out property. There's no parking in front and the overall configuration of the building is very odd - built over an old church. We had to take two elevators (or 1 elevator and 2 flights of stairs) just to get to our rooms. Other than that - it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Glasshouse. I personally think that there's a cutoff of how good a stay can be for the money you pay, and the Glasshouse is an expensive stay. But, as a treat on our wedding night, we had a great time and it was a lovely treat to sit on the rooftop garden that we've seen so many times from Calton Hill! Thank you again!
