Had the pleasure of staying at the Fullerton and we went away planning when we could return, our experience was that good. The very attentive staff were always willing to help and always friendly. First, hotel location is perfect, good for tourist to explore this city. Second, hotel is good in maintain which interior & exterior both. Third, honestly this the only downside about my stay at this hotel, I made a booking of heritage room and from the picture provided by Expedia there is a big window in the room, but hotel gave me a courtyard view room with a small window in the room, so there is no sunlight can get into my room, and the room smell like musty and not good in ventilation. Overall I'm satisfy for this stay.
