I liked the friendliness of the staff and the inviting atmosphere. I loved the happy hour time and complimentary breakfast. The rooms were spacious and convenient. Front desk staff were very helpful. Parking rate was high. Thankfully we were only staying for a night

Below average. Service was terrible. We were charged an amenity fee for a day we arrived at 10pm. Had a room over a conference and all noise, music etc went through our room much past midnight. All in all, not enjoyable.

When we arrived the check in was ok although I was told I would get my refund back and didn’t. The toilet had POOP ON IT ANTS WERE ON THE DRESSER. I was very disappointed I complained but got tired of calling. The renovations started early mornings so you couldn’t sleep.
