I loved that the hotel was so close to the airport & the airport shuttle was convenient. The hotel was cute - nicely decorated. The rooms were clean, nice sized with big comfy beds! The pool was nice. The staff was very friendly & accommodating (with the exception of 1 but we only had to deal with him on the 1st 2 nights of our stay so all good) we had a wonderful stay & would go back again!

Will definitely come here again … the beds were extremely comfortable and the location is very convenient as there are shops nearby , however my sheets weren’t changed unless I told them to do so as well as the garbage being taken out.The pool area was great however the pool is closed at about 8:00 which I didn’t like, we went down around that time and were told that we were not able to go in.However overall the stay was good .

Frustrated traveler….no 24hr shuttle
I booked room b/c of the 24hr airport shuttle and close to airport. After got to to hotel, found out they “changed” shuttle policy and now it is no longer 24hr. Due to early AM flight, had to have van driver take me back to hotel and sleep in airport….adding insult to injury, was still charged for a the room the next day….hopefully will get refund from hotels.com….very frustrating…..
