I didn't appreciate being woke up twice from just going sleep ,your maintenance man was running AROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH HIS HEAD CUT OFF with no answers ! also there wasn'ta head count taken ,to see if every one evaculated,the Fire Rescue didn't even show upon the second alarm I think we should receive a full refund for our inconvenience ! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

First night the fire alarm went off two times, and nobody on the lobby was answering the phone to tell what was going on. My bathroom was dirty, hair on the floor and dusty. The carpet on the corridor was so dirty! And the staff looked like they were stressed all the time.

Shuttle from the airport was nice. Ability to store our suitcases prior to checking into the room. But did pay a couple dollars a bag for this service. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Stayed here prior to deporting on a cruise./
