The shower handle was broken, the door didn’t lock properly. The breakfast was the worst ever in my life for a hotel, water was nasty, drinking water. TV wasn’t working, kept promising a shuttle so after an hour of waiting we had to take an uber, I was forced to eat through uber eats, which was very expensive. Pool was dirty, building overall was in poor shape, almost all doors were banged up. Carpets not vacuumed spite 2 vacuums sitting unattended in hallway, just simply the very worst hotel in over 44 yrs of visiting hotels. The staff seemed very very lazy, what a nightmare for a $200 a night hotel. Expedia should remove this listing, this hotel. I wouldn’t even want this setting for $50 a night. Know what I know now, I would rather spend $400 a night at a reputable hotel. Stay away, honestly all the stuff you hear on the news it seems it would fit the description of a migrant hotel.

This property was a great price for coming to the Taylor Swift concert in Miami. However it was visibly dirty in many areas. And the worst part was the customer service from the staff. We had breakfast and there was no forks, they just said too bad we don't have anymore. And it just was not an overall great experience. I rarely leave reviews, let alone negative reviews.

Before our stay I tried to contact property with our arrival time but got the runaround at the front desk. Free shuttle from airport was not the greatest on time we were given for it to arrive. The breakfast is definitely not as it was years ago. No fresh fruit and cranberry juice was clear. Arrangements were made for shuttle to cruise port at a certain time and was an hour late arriving but staff kept giving different answers as to the reason. Yes, it's supposedly a different company but very poor communication. And speaking to one staff member who was eating behind the counter. Very poor. We've stayed at this location several times over the years but this was no doubt our last visit.
