I would recommend this property only thing is the rooms are really small. Although you are in Hawaii so why be in the room all day. It’s just a place to shower, nap/slap and rest. Breakfast is included which made it worth it because every other hotel doesn’t offer complimentary breakfast.

The rooms are super tiny! All of the appliances are super outdated, old, and AC doesn’t even work. If it does, it blasted on your face. They don’t change bedsheets everyday and use same dirty ones!

I haven't been refunded the deposit for three weeks. Breakfast is the same every day, the food is oversalty, the most delicious thing for us turned out to be oatmeal. I paid extra for a room with an ocean view, and it was not visible from my room as shown in the picture. The windows were all terribly dirty. The service was friendly, it was clean around the territory, convenient location of the hotel

Our stay best was amazing. We are on an anniversary vacation. Came to Honolulu a few days before the cruise. Breakfast was good. Plenty to eat. Bed slept well and room was clean. Recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express
