While the hotel is nicely renovated very clean, we had no working wifi (this is our third stay here, same problem every time). The receptionist made us call a 1-800 number to resolve the issue, which took a while. Not the way a guest should be spending their time on the premises. Also, we had to. Also we had to call maintenance to fix the heater that wasnā€™t working. Front desk staff was indifferent and not courteous.

Very nice and clean hotel room. Newly renovated. Bed was comfy. Room was very big, not expected from the outside. Staff was very helpful, and a great recommendation for supper. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

It is appalling that they charge $450 a night because it's the "Queen's University's Homecoming". It is far from the downtown, it's cheap and the area is awful. With the right price it would be good, but not at that price. Shame on this hotel to charge so much money! Will never go again.

Clean, comfy beds, helpful staff. It was good for what we needed. I would have preferred a kettle in the room, I'm a tea drinker, but otherwise it was good for what we needed.
