About room
Staffs are friendly. But when first room checked in, there is a lot of small insects and cockroaches. Has been killed about 10. Then ask for change room and service was good and action was pretty fast. Crews help to move our luggage to new room.

New budget hotel in Bangi
The check in process was fast, the room was clean without a wardrobe & hair dryer. Iron and ironing board is provided for sharing at the alleyway. My shower drainage was blocked, it was not rectified even after i have lodged a complaint. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worth the money.

Great stay@the 9 Square Hotel Bangi!
This hotel is in the middle of one of Bangi most sought-after shopping district. The hotel is close to places for prayer, shopping, dining with easy parking. The receptionist even let us stay a few more hours without extra charge. Simply said, a Great stay@the hotel.
