Firstly, there is no front desk at this hotel. When we arrived the driver gave us a key, told us where to go and left. We were left to carry all our luggage and sleeping baby ourselves.
There was no hot water on arrival. There was a note explaining to turn the hot water heater on. I turned it on and 5 hours later the water was warm at best. The hot water only lasted approximately 5-6 minutes so we could not shower one after the other.
The wifi does not work outside of the room, so you cannot sit at the pool, cafe, gym etc and use it.
The hotel states that amenities include a gym and Sky Pool, however you have to pay RM10 per person per day to use it.
The tv was very difficult to work and we did not figure it out until the second day. If you don’t have a Netflix account there are only 6 working Chanel’s and none in English.
Breakfast was plain and over priced for what is was. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
The swipe card for the lift only worked sometimes and we found this was a common theme among others at the hotel.
The roll away bed for the kids was a piece of foam on the floor and did not have a mattress protector on.
There is no daily housekeeping.
Although the facilities around the hotel are quite nice and modern, it was not a nice time. Money much better spent elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.
