It was a big mistake to stay here. They promised that they were strict on no smoking rules. However totally not enforced. But not true. I tried to call the front desk to let them know at check in that the safe is already locked. The phone wasn't working. However the front desk is able to call you!!! So, only one electric plug works, besides TV/broken massage chair electric outlet. Safe is locked so you can't use it, staff says all are broken. Massage chair is so sad, the upper back massage mechanism is actually missing. The lower back mechanism is only working "massage" Not soundproof at all - can't sleep due to drunken retching sounds echoing down the hall from two rooms the room of smokers. And someone needs to measure the room, it's doubtful that this room really is full square meters described. No tea, no coffee as described, but there is a kettle and cups. The laptop workspace is the same bedside table that hosts the kettle and cups. Handle on wardrobe is broken, that's such easy repair!! The hotel doesn't turn on the outside sign at night, adding to the very sketchy feel to the area. There is a security guard at hotel across the street but not here. I must discuss my options with Expedia customer service.

During c/in, the male Indian staff ws very pro but the female staff (I think she was new) when I wanted to go out and ask if she can assist to call a taxi/grab,she replied that hotel dnt do booking for hotel guests but was corrected by the male staff to assist if guest pay cash for their expenses. Upon c/out, a female night staff did not even greet good morning but just ask "yes?"(I c/out early 0800hrs) never even smile, took my deposit slip, pass me RM100 (rm deposit) turn her back and yes, that's it. hahahahahaha xxxxxx poor attitude. Haizzzzz.... Except for the 2 female staffs, I could say that all is well for RM120 per night stay. hmmmmmmmmmmmm #207

Room was not clean as comment i saw. Property abit old, Hotel didn't provide parking for guest, car strictly park in front of hotel but is road side or you need to pay for RM5 for parking beside hotel.

basin and toilet water flow very slow. the cleaning service after informing the counter, the cleaner did not turn up for cleaning and reason was given that he will do the check out first but it did not turn up for the whole day

It's a terrible experience! The night employee clearly did not want to work (girl). We were given a room on the sixth floor which was very stuffy, and there was a strong smell of mold, mushrooms ... this is unsafe for health! all the walls were in dark spots and the ceiling too. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though it was cold. there were dark long hair on the floor. We asked to change the room. we were given a room on the 5th floor. there was also a musty smell and the ceiling was stained, there was hair in the bathroom drain. and then, unexpectedly for Malaysia, you could hear a dog howling, as if in the next room. The air conditioner was making a very loud noise from time to time. And those were rooms with a window! without a window, I can’t even imagine what the humidity is like there! The hotel needs a big renovation and competent ventilation! We went to another hotel and are very happy about it! I don't recommend anyone to stay here.
