Too busy upon check in. Marriott app did not allow me to check in on line since reservation was not made on their website. It would have been nice to skip the waiting altogether and standing in line for a good 30mins after driving for hours

The room was clean but the bathroom were many hair and that wasn’t clean ,the view was perfect and I really enjoy,after check out they ، They automatically received money from my account.I try to understand why?

The staffs at front desk when I checked in She was mean and unfriendly ! She charged me for upgrade the room. Even I was trying to tell her about hotels.com said I get free upgrade room. She said that the hotels.com says not her. So I paid for upgrade my room and my room had amenities not same as my sisters room We booked same kind of the room Very disappointed and uncomfortable to asking anything at front desk.

Great casino and dining options. So much more variety than other casino hotels. Disappointed in the lack of coffee on site- nothing in the room or foyer. We’ve had better at $60 motels on this trip. Not impressed that although I’d already paid for the room in full over $600 was taken from our card for ‘incidentals’ and the lady checking us in wasn’t sure what else. Given the amount of misinformation she gave us about our room and parking I’m worried this won’t be refunded. AS yet it hasn’t been! Excellent gym and very nice rooms.
